Step 2) Divinity School Grant

The Divinity School Grant is based upon financial need. It is available to full-time M.Div., M.A. students and is given on a first-come, first-served basis. Financial need is determined in part from the amount of expected family contribution (after a student completes a FAFSA) and from other financial aid the student has independently obtained. The grant is then allocated by calculating a percentage of the need. The maximum amount of the grant is 100% tuition. The student account is credited the grant award per semester, in a ratio equal to the number of registered classes. The application is not complete until the FAFSA is completed. A student must demonstrate financial need on an annual basis by completing the FAFSA. A link to complete the FAFSA is found in Direct Loans Page (step 1).
